Over the Plains: A Novel in the Ryder Chronicles

The war for the Realms has been shaping slowly since the devastating overthrow of the Ryders. The tendrils of Moriel's power have been creeping through the lands, poising everything in its path. It's been a year since the night when Riona saw the strange man and burned Damien. Now, she can push into another persons mind, throw fire from her hands, and has bonded with a dragon she named Feoras. No longer a simple girl from a farm, she is the last Free Ryder; a leader in her own right. Friendships have been forged and allies have been made. One Realm stands apart and Riona, Aiden, and Taya have precious time left to gain the ostentatious king's trust. Damien and Nairn crossed oceans, were stranded, and rallied armies to fight against Moriel. Delayed by unexpected events, will they get to their allies in time to make a difference? The war that had been fought by skirmishes and clandestine forays will finally come to a stand; one last fight to determine the future of the Realms.
