Just Natural Organic Rye Flakes 350g

Organic Rye Flakes are rolled from whole rye grain, giving them a slightly darker colour and more robust, earthy flavour than oat or wheat flakes. They make a distinctive alternative to porridge oats for breakfast, and are equally at home stirred into homemade muesli or added to bread and bakes where a heartier, more traditional Scandinavian-style flavour is wanted. As rye contains gluten, it isn't suitable for a gluten-free diet, but it is certified organic and vegan. Cook gently with water or milk for a warming porridge with more character than a standard oat-based bowl.
